Homeless Veteran Services
PVMSEC operates three permanent housing programs providing assistance to homeless Veterans who have the desire, the commitment, and the ability, both emotionally and financially to live independently in a community setting.
HPRP Rapid Re-Housing
PVMSEC's Rapid Re-Housing program provides assistance to homeless Veterans in the form of security deposits, utilities, and moving/storage fees. For those Veterans that do not have enough income to sustain their current housing, on-going rental assistance is provided.
Veterans Home Project (Supportive Housing Program)
PVMSEC's supportive housing program offers supportive housing to 10 disabled homeless Veterans at scattered sites throught Philadelphia.
Veterans Freedom Gate (Shelter Plus Care Program)
Offers supportive housing to 30 disabled homeless Veterans at scattered sites (28 one bedroom apartments and 2 efficiencies).
